To be considered for a driving opportunity with BellHeir Enterprises LLC., each applicant must meet the following minimum eligibility requirements.
Active Uber driver account
Applicants must maintain an active Uber driver account in good standing and remain eligible to accept trips on the Uber platform.
Background screening
Applicants must consent to and successfully satisfy all background-screening requirements applicable to the position, the rideshare platform, BellHeir Enterprises LLC., and the jurisdictions in which they will operate.
Licensing and documentation
Applicants must provide a valid driver’s license and any other current, accurate documentation required for legal and platform-compliant operation.

Eligible completed shifts receive guaranteed hourly compensation in accordance with the applicable written driver agreement and pay terms.
Drivers retain 100% of all tips paid to them through the rideshare platform.
Gas is provided for authorized business use during approved driving shifts, subject to BellHeir’s fuel and vehicle-use policies.
